It seems unbelievable to me, but I’ve been a Realtor over 20 years. I’ve interacted with several inspectors over time. Just wanted to thank ORF Home Inspections for helping us out. Unfortunately, our home warranty would not cover a couple things that became problems two months after we moved in. Chris Orf personally went out of his way and came by to not only show us how to, but he actually helped us fix a shut off valve and a bath tub overflow. ORF’s Inspectors are absolutely amazing. I’m a single woman that bought my 1st home. Our Inspector was funny & down to earth. He let me go through the inspection with him and showed me so much stuff.
