We had our home inspection by Orf. They were able to schedule us quickly and have it completed within 3 days of signing an offer. The inspection went well and something that I really liked that I haven’t had in the past is that recommendations for future maintenance and upkeep were given within the report. The turnaround time on all reports was very quick (all done and delivered by the next morning).
