Our 91-Day limited warranty covers structural and mechanical equipment in good working order as inspected by our trained professional home inspectors. Mechanical equipment covers common plumbing components, electrical devices and fixtures, most major kitchen appliances, and HVAC equipment. Structural items covered by this warranty include poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, bottom and top plate wall members, roof leaks, load bearing walls, and garage doors.
