Home Inspection Warranties

Our complimentary 6-Month Inspection Warranty provides added protection for items inspected and noted to be in good working order at the time of the home inspection. Coverage includes qualifying structural components, roof leak protection, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems. Structural coverage includes poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, plates, and load-bearing walls. Plumbing coverage includes water lines, faucets, water heaters, drain lines, and gas lines, while electrical coverage includes the main service panel, secondary service panel, and wiring. Covered appliances may include kitchen appliances such as ovens, ranges, dishwashers, built-in microwaves, trash compactors, washers/dryers, and garbage disposals. HVAC coverage includes furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats, with appliances and HVAC systems required to be under 12 years old to qualify. Roof leak coverage is extended for 1 year from the date of the full home inspection, subject to warranty terms and exclusions.
